eco-Landlord.com (our website) is provided by PM Data Services Limited and permits a landlord to review the EPC on their property(ies), identify what is required to upgrade their energy efficiency, identify potential installers, receive quotes for work needed and identify potential grants and finance opportunities. eco-Landlord is a trading name of PM Data Services Limited (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). We are the controller of personal data obtained via our website, meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.
We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share any information relating to you (your personal data) in connection with your use of our website. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us or a relevant regulator in the event you have a complaint.

Marketing
We will use your personal data to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our products and services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new products or services.

Who we share your personal data with
We routinely share personal data with:
• third parties we use to help deliver our products and services to you, eg payment service providers, installers, surveyors, lenders, mortgage brokers.
• other third parties we use to help us run our business.
• Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimisation, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
• Department for Energy Security and Net Zero who provided grant funding for the build of the eco-Landlord service through the Green Home Finance Accelerator scheme. This is limited to your contact details so that they or their market research agency can contact you about the eco-Landlord service.
We only allow those organisations to handle your personal data if we are satisfied they take appropriate measures to protect your personal data. We also impose contractual obligations on them to ensure they can only use your personal data to provide services to us and to you.
We or the third parties mentioned above occasionally also share personal data with:
• law enforcement agencies, courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
