*Terms and Conditions of “Win an EPC assessment (worth up to £100)":
1. This prize draw is open to all UK landlords aged 18 or over except for employees of the organiser and their family members.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. All entries must have registered on this eco-Landlord landing page by 11:59p.m. on 31st October 2024.
4. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted.
5. The winners will be notified via email by 8th November 2024.
6 Five winners will receive an EPC assessment for one of their properties which must be redeemed by 31st March 2025. No cash alternatives will be given.
7. The winners will be decided at random by eco-Landlord from the entries submitted.
8. If the winner(s) is(are) unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted, eco-Landlord reserves the right to award the prize to another participant(s) whose name(s) will be chosen from all other eligible entries received.
9. Prizes are subject to availability.
10. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
11. eco-Landlord reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value (b) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice.
12. This EPC assessment can only be used with a service provider appointed by eco-Landlord.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision made by eco-Landlord is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. eco-Landlord reserves the right to publish the names of the winning entrants on the eco-Landlord website, promotional emails, and social media channels.
15. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
